Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)

Czen's largest project of the year: Building a custom ERP system for a Logistics corporation. The system connects all departments from Warehousing, Accounting, and Purchasing to HR onto a single data platform (Single Source of Truth).

Project Challenges

Data fragmentation between branches and overlapping business processes were the biggest barriers. Standardizing workflows (SOP) and convincing staff to change old habits to use new software was a change management challenge.

Solutions & Results

Czen designed a modular ERP architecture, allowing phased deployment to minimize risk. We built BI (Business Intelligence) Dashboards helping Management see cash flow and inventory status instantly.

The ERP helped the corporation cut 30% of wasteful operating costs and optimize inventory turnover. Financial reporting time was shortened from 10 days to 1 day.
