Huge attendance data and complex shift schedules (rotating shifts, overtime) easily led to errors in manual payroll calculation. Additionally, protecting the personal information of thousands of employees was a top priority.

Solutions & Results

Czen deployed an HRM system integrated with AI Cameras for FaceID check-in in just 1 second. The Payroll module was programmed flexibly to handle specific salary and bonus formulas. The system is end-to-end encrypted to ensure data safety.

The solution helped the C&B department reduce time spent on attendance closing and payroll by 90%. Payroll errors dropped to 0%, increasing employee satisfaction and trust.
